Pinkgloss was established in 2001 by founder and creative director Justine Collins, with over 15 years in the industry her aim is to source & nurture new talent and offer individuals a platform to express their creativity, whilst maintaining outstanding service to all clients.

She has a very experienced and dedicated team working mainly within the fashion, beauty and hair industries. The team either operates together as Pinkgloss or as sole creative's, always giving the client a high standard of service.

As a freelance makeup artists herself Justine feels it is extremely important to find individuals that have the passion to succeed in their chosen profession and offer them a networking opportunity in which they can evolve and become highly successful.

To be a part of Pinkgloss excites new talent as they are offered the chance to work together to create amazing images and develop their own style rather than being told this is the way to do it.

Justine in stills in her creatives and believes herself that to succeed they have to be driven, ambitious and always be willing to push the boundaries and give 100% to any job as this is the only way you can truly create a fabulous image and be inspirational to others whilst remaining professional and reliable at all times.

Justine will be releasing dates for the Pinkgloss Academy in 2008, we will be offering a selection of short courses covering Makeup, Hair, Modelling & Photography.
